The AI Concierge can now move an availability question much closer to a booking. It checks the real calendar, answers with the requested dates and price when the data is complete, links guests into a prefilled booking flow, and can watch unavailable dates on the guest’s behalf.

  • Real availability checks use the property’s normalized calendar data

  • Quote cards can show dates, pricing, minimum-stay context, and a direct booking link

  • Alternative windows are suggested when the requested stay is not available

  • Guests can subscribe to an availability alert, receive an email when dates open, and cancel anytime
