The loyalty portal speaks four languages — Yada Loyalty product update

Guests opening your loyalty portal now see it in their own language. English, French, Spanish, and Italian are supported end to end, from the landing screen to the messages returned when something goes wrong.

  • Language is resolved on the server, so the first screen renders already translated

  • Dates, numbers, and point balances follow each locale's formatting

  • Error and confirmation messages are translated rather than falling back to English

  • Portal and widget share the same translation set for a consistent guest experience
