Open, Later, and Done — inbox triage that follows the stay

The inbox now works like a real queue. Conversations that still need a reply stay in Open; anything you are not ready for can move to Later and come back on its own.

  • Open, Later, and Done sit as queues on the same list

  • Snooze with stay-aware presets: tonight, tomorrow, day of check-in, day of checkout

  • A guest reply wakes a snoozed thread and puts it back in Open

  • Unread and counts cover the full inbox, not just the first page of threads
