Points stay locked until checkout

Loyalty points locked until the qualifying stay is complete

Points from a stay are no longer spendable before the guest has actually stayed. They become redeemable after checkout, on the server as well as in the guest UI.

  • Stay-award points remain unavailable until the qualifying stay is complete

  • Redemption is blocked if those points are still locked

  • Guests see that the balance is not ready yet, rather than a dead end

  • Existing perks that should only apply after a stay follow the same rule
