Campaign test email preview using a specific contact

Test emails and the in-app preview can use a specific contact, so tokens — including loyalty points and program name — render the way that guest will actually see them.

  • Pick a contact when you send a test or open the visual preview

  • Loyalty and personalization tokens resolve from that guest’s record

  • Tokens insert at the cursor in the email editor

  • A test will not go out without a valid recipient
