Loyalty members can now move from points to rewards in the same guest experience they already use. The widget shows the reward catalog, progress toward the next reward, and a native redemption flow with the right confirmation for coupons or host-approved rewards.

  • Browse available rewards and current point balance in the widget

  • See progress toward the next attainable reward

  • Redeem with an in-widget confirmation flow and clear fulfillment state

  • Qualifying stays award points from real-time PMS events, with the existing reconciliation job as a backstop
