SMS tapbacks in the inbox

Reaction tapbacks on text messages now show up on the thread, so a thumbs-up is visible in Yada the same way it is on the guest’s phone.

  • Inbound SMS tapbacks appear on the conversation

  • They sit on the message they belong to, not as a separate thread

  • WhatsApp and SMS notification preferences are honored before a ping goes out

  • Hostaway and other PMS conversation links from an opportunity open the right thread
