Win-backs that start — and stop — when they should

Inquiry win-backs are no longer rejected before they begin, a “no” from the guest cancels the rest of the flow, and a replayed workflow still sends at the time you set.

• Inquiry win-backs can enroll even when a booked-stay gate would have blocked them

• A “no” reply cancels that enrollment instead of letting later steps fire

• Enrollment send time is kept when a workflow is replayed

• Journey email now uses the workspace Reply-To, so guest replies land where you expect
