We're rebuilding the Yada platform from the ground up — and it's the biggest change we've made since we launched. This isn't a coat of paint. It's a new foundation for everything you do in Yada: your inbox, campaigns, journeys, loyalty, and the AI agents that work alongside your team. Here's what's changing, why we're doing it, and what it means for the way you run your properties.
Why now
Over the last two years, Yada grew from a messaging tool into a full guest-experience platform. That growth is exactly what we wanted — but it also meant our original foundation was carrying more than it was ever designed to. Every new feature had to be threaded through code built for a much smaller product. We were spending more time keeping the lights on and less time building the things you actually asked for.
So we made a decision: rather than keep patching, we'd rebuild on a modern foundation designed for where Yada is going, not where it started. The rebuild is organized around four goals — a simpler experience, rock-solid reliability, room to scale, and deeper connections to the property management systems you already run your business on.
1. A simpler, faster experience
The number one thing we heard from operators is that Yada could do a lot — sometimes too much to take in at once. The new platform is built around clarity. We've reorganized navigation so the tools you use every day are one click away, cleaned up screens that had grown cluttered over time, and made pages load noticeably faster.
The inbox is a good example. It's been rebuilt to feel instant: conversations and messages update live as they arrive, so you're never refreshing to see what's new. Settings that used to be scattered — marketing preferences, brand details, notifications, team management — now live in clean, consistent screens that are easy to scan and quick to change. Less hunting, less guessing, more doing.
2. Reliability you don't have to think about
When you're running guest communication across dozens or hundreds of properties, the platform behind it has to be dependable. The rebuild let us re-examine the parts of Yada that touch your guests directly — message delivery, campaign sends, automated journeys, and compliance safeguards — and make them more resilient.
Behind the scenes, we've hardened how messages move through the system so that a hiccup with one integration or one send doesn't ripple out to everything else. We've tightened the guardrails that protect your sender reputation and keep your messaging compliant — the checks that make sure the right message goes to the right guest at the right time, and that opt-outs and cooldowns are always respected. The goal is simple: fewer surprises, and a platform you can trust to do the right thing without you having to double-check it.
3. Built to scale with you
The operators on Yada are growing fast, and the platform needs to grow with them. The new foundation is designed to handle far more volume — more properties, more contacts, more conversations, more automation running in the background — without slowing down.
Just as important, it's built so we can ship faster. A cleaner foundation means new features go from idea to your account in a fraction of the time it used to take. The pace of improvements you've seen recently — new AI agents, richer campaigns, deeper analytics — is only going to accelerate. This rebuild is the reason.
4. Deeper, more reliable PMS integrations
Yada is only as useful as the data flowing into it, and that data comes from your property management system. Deepening the quality of our PMS integrations is one of the biggest reasons we took on this rebuild.
We've reworked how Yada connects to the major PMS platforms so that reservations, guest details, listings, and calendars sync more accurately and stay in sync. That means fewer mismatched records, more complete guest profiles, and automations that fire on the real state of your business — the actual check-in, the actual booking, the actual cancellation. When your PMS and Yada agree, every downstream thing you do — a winback campaign, a loyalty reward, an AI agent responding to a guest — gets smarter and more trustworthy. Getting this layer right is the difference between automation you supervise and automation you rely on.
What this means for you
You don't have to do anything. Your data, your contacts, your campaigns, and your history all carry over — this is an upgrade to the platform underneath, not a migration you have to manage. As we roll the new experience out, you'll see screens get cleaner, pages get faster, and new capabilities show up more often.
We're rolling this out carefully and deliberately, surface by surface, so the transition is smooth and nothing you depend on skips a beat. If you ever notice something that looks different or have feedback on the new experience, we want to hear it — that feedback is shaping the rollout in real time.
The bigger picture
This rebuild isn't the destination — it's the launchpad. A simpler platform means you spend less time learning software and more time delighting guests. A reliable one means you can trust automation to run your guest experience while you focus on your business. A scalable one means Yada keeps up no matter how many doors you add. And deeper PMS integrations mean everything Yada does is grounded in the real, live state of your operation.
We're just getting started, and we're glad to have you along for it. Here's to a faster, simpler, more reliable Yada.
